White line between my colored lines

WHAT IS HAPPENING this is the only thing I found online in regards to this I’ve used this brand many times with many negatives and never seen it look like this. This was at exactly 3 minutes. Posted in faint lines but people said they could see it.. so now my question is , is this valid ? The color is showing up better in person
