Oh that is not normal. I would definitely recommend co rafting your doctor. Maybe save it in a bag because they might want to know exactly what it is

Sometimes when you could really hard you burst the capillaries in your throat and the blood mixed with the mucus you are coughing up. This is likely what happened. But it is better to get it checked out. If you are coughing hard enough that this is happening you might need treatment for what is effecting you.
