Hi all, I have been diagnosed with leutinized unruptured follicle syndrome. I have tried letrozole in the past which was unsuccessful - RE had warned me it was unlikely to work since my day 3 estradiol levels were always >50.

Anyway I’m now doing Lupron downregulation cycle and with Lupron 10 units daily for 10 days they got my baseline estradiol down to 15 (!). I’ve been on gonal F (75 daily) for 2 days and due for my first stim check today with estradiol level. What can I expect? What is a “good” level? I’m also still taking Lupron 2.5 units daily to keep my own pituitary shut off I guess
