Clearblue Advanced confusion

Supposedly I have very low pcos but I don’t ovulate every month.

Either way, does getting a flashing smiley face for 3 days straight mean that you’re definitely ovulating soon?

Or can you get flashing smileys and never ovulate?

Cause i read that having a “high peak” means that you’re on you’re fertile week 🧐

(I’m confused cause I’m irregular, my period ended 6 days ago and since my period is always 1 -2 weeks late I figured that I normally ovulate late...but on the clearblue advanced it says that I’m already fertile)
