TTC- first time advice

Ladies!
So I’m 28 and trying to conceive. A year ago we had a chemical pregnancy.
We just started. I’m really hoping this month it worked. We have no tried anything other than the old fashioned way and this app.
Suggestions are appreciated. I was informed to take folic acid with prenatals from doc !
