Eczema flare ups
I always get these flare ups when it starts getting warmer outside. I only ever get them behind my knees and arms. It’s excruciating pain and I haven’t found anything that helps with the pain and swelling. It’s so embarrassing because my arms are so red and bumpy and swollen. Does anybody have any tips to help?
