The photo is removed. But they leave pictures of blood and discharge all the time so I’m confused why a pic of the vag/vulva would be inappropriate on an app like this unless it was intentionally specialized. That’s what I’m assuming it was a pic of according to the comments.

If you haven’t been to the dr go and see if it’s a topical yeast infection. If it is you need something like nistatin Cream. In the meantime use some diaper rash cream. It will help with the irritation from rubbing and the stinging you get when pee touches it.

Oh sweat heart that is one hell of a yeast rash. Like bad. 
Get some lotrimin or clotrimazole cream and rub it on there. Keep the area as clean and dry as possible. With the cream it should clear up pretty fast. Like start feeling relief in a day.
