I think I might have anxiety
For the past two years I’ve been having lots of social anxiety symptoms and they haven’t gone away, they’ve just gotten worse. I took some tests online and they’ve all said I probably do have a social anxiety disorder, but I haven’t been to a doctor yet because when I’ve tried telling people that I might have anxiety I start tearing up and the one person I told didn’t really bring up the conversation again. I want to do something about how I’m feeling, but don’t really know what to do.
