Twitching in the belly

I'm in my second trimester and I'm 15 weeks, I'll be 16 weeks on Monday. Two days ago while laying in bed I was watching my belly and I noticed everytime I exhaled I saw my belly twitch. Yesterday I couldn't keep any food or drink down and today I feel nauseous and have a horrible headache. Is this normal or has anyone else noticed this?
