im going to be a freshman in high school in a couple of months...any advice?

I just graduated high school.
Work your ass off, get money, get passing grades. 
I can not stress enough taking dual credit and 0 hour classes so you can get free periods ypur senior year.
Don't involve yourself in drama, i know it happens sometimes but it helps to have some close friends that are there for you and a solid job.
I didnt want to do college until this past year. Dual credit is saving me thousands. I moved out 2 months prior to graduation with only 5 hours of school per day. 
Some things work better for other but i can't stress enough to just pass your classes, stay outta drama and get cash

Stay away from senior guys. And if anyone tries to pressure you into anything you’re not ready for, RUN. Your grades freshman year are extremely important, so if someone tries to distract you from your grades and your happiness, it’s okay to separate yourself from them.

don’t stress about grades, but don’t be lazy. don’t do the minimum, do what you can. in high school you’ll learn your limits, your friend groups and yourself. in which, you’ll probably grow out of your friends out of high school. stay out of drama, and don’t drag people into your drama. if you need to vent, you should be able to without involving others. (how to keep friends 101). anything that happens in high school doesnt matter.

stay in your lane and mind your business! grades are important and be sure to challenge yourself in areas you feel you can handle it, like if you’re amazing at history consider some APs which will get you college credit. it’s going to be super stressful at times but overall it’s pretty fun
