Theraflu or DayQuil ok??

Can you take theraflu or DayQuil when you have a cold? I’m 12 weeks pregnant and I can’t find a list of approved medications. Thanks In advance

No. Only Tylenol cold and robitussin

I know the doctors usually try to keep you in the Tylenol group while pregnant. My doctor recommends Tylenol cold and cough , Sudafed .... they told me the best thing to use is Tylenol pm

No. Regular Tylenol and saline rinses. If all else fails call motherrisk to check on individual medications and their safety. They are experts and it’s all they do. They have all current recommendations and err on the side of caution.

I took Sudafed because I couldn’t find the Tylenol cold whenever I was sick. The Sudafed was amazing and cleared me up within a day.
