Ava Bracelet

We have been trying to conceive for 11 months with no success. I’ve tried pre seed, mucinex, stork tea, opks. I don’t know what else to do to help us conceive. I’m tired of cry every month I get a aunt flow. Has anyone tried the Ava bracelet? How well does it work? I know I have to make an appointment with my doctor but I want to try anything to increase our chances. TIA
