What do you clean your cup with?

Question

Everyone says a “mild unscented soap,” but what are we talking about? Hand soap? Laundry detergent? Dish soap? And if you can name a brand example, that would be even more helpful. I sound like such an amateur and maybe a little stupid, but I’m new to this and want to make sure I’m using the right stuff. Thank you!

They make soap for the diva cup, I usually use unscented summers eve and then I usually boil it in hot waiter. Soaking in white vinegar will take the stain out.

I wash mine in the shower with aveeno sensitive skin body wash. I've had my cups for 8 years now. No odors, no bacterial infections, no itch.

I use Faith in Nature unscented seaweed soap. It’s a bar, so it can get quite messy, but I’ve found it works well for me!

After every period I boil the cup, and every month or two I soak it in hydrogen peroxide over night (in a jar, with closed lid). I don’t use any soap, but I rinse it with cold water after every use. So far so good - there’s non of infection and the cup looks the same for two years. And I use the toothpick to clean the holes.
