Protein powder and breastfeeding

Hey ladies, so I was wondering if any of you guys know if there are any protein powders safe to drink while breastfeeding. I know there are some protein powders that are safe during pregnancy I was wonder if they are safe while breastfeeding. My baby is about to turn 1 and we are always on the move and in a rush everywhere I sometimes skip meals or end up eating late. I was considering taking a protein shake for those types of days but wasnt sure if any were safe to take.
