Help?!
So I’ve had multiple losses, never had trouble getting pregnant before but January 18’ I had exploratory surgery for a cyst on my ovary and an ectopic. I still have both ovaries and tubes so that’s fine and all. I’m just confused why despite literally our best efforts we aren’t pregnant. Anybody have ideas?
