Should he find out ?

My brother doesn’t know he’s my half brother, and that we don’t have the same dad. I don’t think I should tell him and my friends don’t either. I doubt my parents will ever tell him, but I think they should. I am scared that my little cousin might because he has asked me about it and I told him to not say anything. What do you guys think?

Ask your parents if they’re going to tell him. If they don’t then I’d tell him yourself. He deserves to know

If your cousin knows then it looks like it’s getting unfair for your brother, because if your cousin knows then probably lots more people know. 
I’d be really angry if lots of people knew and I didn’t. I’d tell your parents that your cousin knows and that your brother ought to know, just to be fair to him. 
However if your brother’s still young then maybe they’re just waiting for the right time to tell him

I think it depends how old he is, is he still a child? If so, your parents might be waiting until he’s a little older to tell him. If he’s an adult or about to be an adult, I think you should just tell him to be honest.

In reality he will find out eventually, and having been through the "You have a half sibling" thing, if your parents continue to lie to him, you may have to speak up. 
Now I was told by someone other than my parents about my sister, and that was traumatizing for me, and I will be the first to say this causes all sorts of problems. But unlike me who had practically no support as I only had my husband and he kept telling me, I was doing things wrong and my reaction (getting upset, getting mad to the point I refused to talk to my parents for over a month), he has you. Support him through everything, and hopefully this won't turn into the situation I dealt with.

Depends on your brother’s age, but I would be so upset if I eventually learned that my sister (and her friends apparently), and my cousin and whoever else knew and nobody told me. I honestly think all these people keeping it from him will make hurt him twice as much. 
Ideally your parents should tell him, but if I were you I’d be pushing them to do that before someone else does. (Assuming he’s old enough to understand)
