What is sleep?

I’m 15 weeks and I can’t find a good position to sleep. Each side and every angle is so uncomfortable. Is anyone going through the same thing??

Mannnnn yesssss, I can fall asleep on my back but im trynna snap out of it because its not good for the baby later on but mannn , I hate sleeping on my left side , the right side is alright , but as you can tell im stillll up .😂😂😂😂

I slept on my stomach the whole time I was pregnant because it was the only way I could get comfortable😭one leg bent lol

Get a body pillow but also download a meditation app and let it play the soothing noises as you sleep! I started doing it and I never know when I fall asleep, I just wake up rested.

I’m a side sleeper and always have a leg up to resemble a 4 position. Sometimes the baby will be more on my right so I move to my left or he will just move and get comfy on his own.  Sometimes sleeping on my back is ok. Try getting a body pillow or place a pillow under your legs. Hope this helps and feel better

Get a body pillow, if you dont have one.. sleep on your side with bump supported on pillow..was a lifesaver during my first pregnancy.. and how I’ve slept ever since and now onto my second pregnancy!

Yesss!!! I dont sleep anymore... I hate sleeping on my side.
