Threatened miscarriage

I have had 2 miscarriages in the past year.

We just were told after my LEEP procedure, 2 weeks ago, that I was in fact pregnant.

Not an ideal time since my cervix is still healing from having 3/4 of it removed.

Friday the 31st I started cramping and bleeding heavy.

I knew what this was.

I rushed to the ER and was told that my hcg levels actually rose to 74 from 30 the day before.

(Since I've had a history we've been checking the progression very close)

And my cervix was still closed (not sure how they can tell since there's like nothing there to check)

But I was told to wait until Monday for a repeat to see if at any point since Friday we lost the baby.

So they said I had a threatened miscarriage since they didnt know if bleeding and clotting we're associated with the surgery or the pregnancy.

I am impatient and freaking out.

So I bought tests on Friday when I started bleeding and took one. So one top is my confirmed 74 hcg levels.

Bottom is today (2 days after bleeding started)

If I miscarried it should be getting lighter not darker.

Any other eyes besides mine can give input. Is it darker or lighter on the bottom picture.
