Help! 13 dpo , first cycle after miscarriage

Hey everyone !

I am 13 dpo , and I have had pink / brown spotting for now 3 days and cramps (do not feel like period cramps) my period should be due in a couple days.

Would this be implantation bleeding or my period slowly starting since this is my first time trying again after my miscarriage.

More info ( had my period 5 weeks after miscarriage, period was heavy. I had positive ovulation 2 days after my period and I’m now 13 dpo. )

If anyone is expecting implantation bleeding or a BFP soon, I’d appreciate if someone would want to talk ,
