My mom saw my scars

My mom saw my scars and got mad. I understand that but still, she thought I was “okay” but she actually never asked.

She asked me if I thought she was a bad mom. But it’s not about her and that really made me upset. My mom is not a type to show emotions she always gets mad so I’m not comfortable to talk to her about anything. I have a friend I can talk to but not irl bc she lives in a whole other country. I went to a doctor awhile ago but I don’t feel comfortable to make another appointment. I also told my friend what happened and she got mad bc I haven’t told her before and I get that. Im just losing my mind and I really don’t know what to do. I’m actually scared for myself bc I’m clearly not thinking about anything I do.
