Prenatal Yoga! Nervous!

So I signed up for 8 classes of prenatal Yoga. I'm 16 weeks, and excited yet nervous to Go! Today is my first day and I start in 1 hour.

I'm anxious at social events. I get nervous when there is no one I know.

I really want to do this because 1.) I need the exercise

2.) I want to be able to overcome my fear of social anxiety because I want my child to strive and be social (unlike me)

Anyway, my question is... What should I expect? Will they tell me to come up front and do some exercises? Will they put me on the spotlight?
