Could I be pregnant?

I got pregnant in April and unfortunately i had a miscarriage.the beginning of May I was really early when I went to the hospital they told me that I had no hcg level left and that I should get my period in 4-6 weeks this would be week four since the miscarriage. And my period has not came back yet since I miscarriaged. I have unprotected sex last Saturday (multiple times) and the last couple days my boobs been killing me!!! And I have been bloated been eating a lot and peeing a lot and been having a little cramping also not being felling good ( like I have to throw up) and been sleeping more then what I normally do. And this was all the symptoms I had when I was pregnant the first time. So I took a test and the first one came up very very faint and so I tested again and it came back negative. If I’m not pregnant then why do I have all the symptoms again???
