How to get over a bad split?

I’m devastated. 
Kids are involved. Court is involved for custody. My hearts shattered . I loved him. He told me he no longer loves me.
How do I get past the hurt? 
I spend all my time thinking and crying!😢

Mourn the lost of your relationship, that is healthy. Focus in your self care and the needs if your children. Keep them in mind throughout this entire process because they are victims in the entire thing. Know that what you had with you husband was real, and enjoy your memories of the good times. Understand that his actions now have nothing to do with you. It's all him. And most importantly keep calm and cool during your court sessions. Think of the kids

I’m so sorry. It’s so hard fresh and raw right now. But in time it gets easier. 
You literally have to force your way out of the sadness. 
Pick up some positive mindset books. They really do help. Or listen to positive mindset podcasts or YouTube videos. 
Try distracting yourself from the situation. Keep busy. Put more time into the kids. 
It is so so hard. But you will get there in time xx
