My cramps are crippling me...

Laura

Okay so here is some back story, I started getting my period when I was 11 and I had quite severe cramps when I got my period. When I got to about 13 the cramps never stopped- if I had my period or not I would have cramps. When I got to 14 the cramps would get so bad I would fall over in pain and not be able to get up without help and I started getting pain in my ribs and feeling sick too. I went to the doctors and they gave me the pill to try, which made the pain worse- i couldn't get out of bed at all. I went back to the doctors they put me on the mini pill, this helped quite a bit. At 15 they FINALLY started looking into the reasons causing the pain, rather than just giving me tablets to stop the pain. They did an ultrasound and some other checks and ruled out IBS, endometriosis, cysts and cancer - which I am so thankful for but I'm 17 nearly 18 now and I don't have a clue what's wrong with me, they just know it's with my uterus and reproductive system. I've spent nearly £200 on a 30min conversation with a private gynecologist and she was no help. I've been on naproxen, co-codamol, amitriptyline, and tons of other strong pain killers and they have done nothing to help ease the pain. The pain hasn't been too bad for a while, since I got the implant in February which really helped (I'm also still taking the mini pill with this) now all of a sudden the pain is the worse it has ever been I can't move more than a couple of inches at a time I've taken the max pain killers than I'm allowed and I'm in agony I can't move, I cant sleep, I feel physically sick and I actually can't cope, it's been like this on and off for a couple of days but not this bad. I need some advice and help - the doctors are completely useless and haven't helped me in years!!!
