It’s really red, burns. I know it’s not a yeast infection. Sorry I have really ugly armpits.

It looks like an allergic reaction to a deodorant or soap.

Try rubbing coconut oil on it. Sometimes I get a slight rash on my underarms and coconut oil always clears it up

My husband had this from using old spice deodorant. Try changing the deodorant you’re using.

I got that from using secret deodorant. I switched to dove

Looks like chafing. Put some corn starch on it and don’t shave until it’s gone!

It could be from the deodorant. Use corn starch under your arms it’ll keep it dry and heal pretty fast.
