Pretty sure my LO has a lip tie. She is 6 weeks old and is gaining weight and seems to latch well. My nipples hurt this week a lot though, they normally don’t really hurt. She also nurses like crazy, she always has. I don’t know if it’s due to the lip tie. She’s slept up to 6.5 hours at night

Her next doctor appt is on June 20.

did anyone get a lip tie treated already? If it’s not causing any obvious problems like lack of weight gain? I know I saw some posts about this but I can’t find them now and at the time I didn’t think my LO had a lip tie.
