Progesterone oral and vaginal

I don’t know why the doctor prescribes me progesterone vaginal (twice a day) and oral at night until my blood pregnancy test . they never told me my levels are low and I really hate the side effects from taking them .

I will be away from a trip and I can’t take the test. My question is if I take a home pregnancy test could be accurate ? If it’s bfn I will stop with the progesterone and start a new cicle
