confused

Hey guys i’m 15 and new to this app.

So i am going on vacation in about a week, it’s summer so were definitely going to be swimming. I’m scared i’m going to start my period on the week we go. Which according to the app i will be starting that same week. But i’m too scared to wear a tampon but i wanna swim. My flow is heavy.
