Did your doc mention either of these? I'm not trained just as probably 99% of people on here aren't. Don't think you'll get an accurate answer from anyone else but your doc

Mines looked similar and I was asking the doctor I don’t see the baby just the sac she said it’s just probably still early but another week or so but I heard people have been able to hear the heart beat at even 5-6 weeks
