I’m wondering if anyone is in the same boat at me.

My son is 8 months old and since the second my SIL found out I was pregnant, she is bombarding me with constant baby product recommendations! And honestly it wouldn’t be so bad, I am a ftm and open to any advice but she actually gets PISSED if I don’t get/use what she suggests!

I used the pediatrician she recommended, even the dr that delivered my son was her recommendation, so she has been helpful but she is driving me crazy. She lives near me and sees my son frequently so I can’t even yes her and lie and tell her I used the damn sunscreen she recommended because she’s called me out before😂😂

Her kids are older (the youngest is 9) so a lot of things she suggested aren’t even around anymore, (teething tablets she’s been harassing me to get that got recalled is an example) and there’s just so many different things available now that she doesn’t even know about. It’s literally everything, from the bassinet to the soap to the laundry detergent to the bug spray that she is constantly telling me to use. Then when she sees I went with something else, I get the whole “welll I have 4 kids speech” it’s driving me crazy!
