I never woke my daughter to change her. When she was a newborn I changed her every time she woke up assuming she had a dirty diaper. But now that she’s 9 months old I don’t. Even if she happens to wake up in the middle of the night, I put her back to sleep but don’t change her.

Depends on the age, but it's perfectly fine. Make sure you've got a good overnight diaper, because they can get so full and leak.

Yes as long as the baby doesn't already have nappy rash because then obviously you don't want it to get worse. My little dude wakes up just for a nappy change though, he doesn't like it even 1/4 full but he does go straight back to sleep

I changed mid-feed during the night until my baby could no longer sleep through it, about 5 months.
