so i’ve been using the birth control patch for about a month. i have to change the patch every sunday and keep it on throughout the week. well i wear the patches for 3 sunday’s then the fourth sunday i have my period. but if i want to skip my period i can put another patch on and where it the fourth week in order to skip my period. well i put a fourth patch on last night to skip my period and i started to bleed earlier today. i’m not sure if it’s spotting or if i’m starting my period and this is just the beginning of the cycle with small amount of blood... idk whether or not to wear tampons and i’m about to go out of town so idk if i’ll be on my period at the beach or if this might just be today since i would’ve started today
