Tinea versicolor

I've had tinea versicolor ever since I can remember, I used to use selsen blue and pills to keep it under control. But I stopped because it really doesnt bother me, it's kind of odd looking and it dries my skin out some but whatever. But today I noticed my right breast was on FIRE! I checked it out and this is what was there! With my first I had the same issue, with patches of it getting worse throughout. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this?!
