Baby sleeping more?

Recently my baby has been sleeping more. She is 6 weeks old. Is it a growth spurt? Usually she wakes and cries and then fussed but not she wakes and eats and then nods off.

Also her voice sounds hoarse when she cries. I checked her temperature and they are fine and her breathing is good. She also spits up a lot. Should I be worried or is it a growth spurt or just reflux?
