testing too early??

i took a test yesterday and this morning and both BFN 😩😩 only day 1 of missed period, am i testing to early or probably not even pregnant and i’m getting my hopes up 😭

i had pinching cramps on left pubic side on the 20th and again in same spot on the 29th, i thought it might having been implantation but just me getting over excited i think
