Question- I had a breast exam the other day and the Dr told me that she couldn't complete the exam cause my breast tissue was dense. So she's referring me to another Dr to have a mammogram done. So I have done my own internet detective work, and of course it talks about breast cancer. And being diagnosed with anxiety I'm sure you can imagine how freaked out I became.

Now I'm reaching out, maybe someone can give me some advise before I lose my mind wondering. I still don't know when I go for my mammogram.
