Feeling of Braxton Hicks...?

Her ladies, I don’t know if I’ve been feeling cramps or just tightening or what 🤷‍♀️, would you mind giving a quick description of what BH feels like to you, as well as location. Thank you ❤️

I feel a pain in my abdomen then I touch it and my belly feels rock hard. They last a few seconds to a couple minutes. Having a full bladder makes them happen a lot

I get a tingling sensation in my stomach & then a quick tightening along with urgency to pee. Then quickly goes away.

Money start off as a dull period cramp and then my stomach tightens and then let's go and I feel fine..I have them several times a day.
They don't hurt just uncomfortable

My stomach just gets super tight and a little crampy sometimes! Didn’t even realize it was Braxton Hicks until my mom mentioned it to me the other day and I feel like I have them all day long now!

I’m wondering the same thing.  I’ve been experience menstrual like cramps and lower back pain.  Not sure if this is Braxton Hicks or not. 🤷🏻‍♀️
