I was diagnosed in January with PCOS after years of assuming I had it due to somewhat irregular periods, I’ve had one pretty much every month but the days & duration have varied widely. Went to an RE and he confirmed with physical symptoms and an AMH test I do have it. Was put on Metformin, Inositol, and have an HSG coming up. AMH is high at 14.2 and testosterone is also high. Husband had SA done and all came back normal. Was told Letrozole and <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> is the next step. Wondering if anyone has had success with conception with Metformin alone? Or ever with Metformin and Letrozole without the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>? Greatly confused as my RE said that most patients with male factor infertility & unexplained infertility usually have success with <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> and some don’t. I have neither of those and am definitely a little discouraged at the success rates of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> only being about 20% per cycle and also confused as to why I would even be a good candidate for it since I don’t have either one of those diagnoses. Hoping to see that lots of you have had success with PCOS & <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. Any tips? What makes them unsuccessful? How many are recommended before <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>?
