So I am a waitress who works 12hour days 5 days a week at a busy restaurant... I’m constantly running around and on my feet , lifting heavy plates and drink trays , busting my ass cleaning and sometimes not even having time to eat or go to bathroom. My question is should I take the week after transfer off to not put the stress on my body and mind ? Or is this stupid ? If I. Had a desk job of different job I would think twice. I want to give my body the best chance at implantation and a successful transfer!
