Have you used a tampon?

If you had please give me advice I’ve been nervous about it

I've never put my leg on the toilet seat or counter or anything to insert a tampon as per the box instructions.. I find that unsanitary, and partially rude seeing as I have to clean that shit if its my house/apartment. 
I usually go potty, wipe, all that good stuff, then scoot forward on the toilet seat a little and spread my legs. You can still insert your tampon at the correct angle, and youre on the toilet in case you drip blood or anythin. And when the tampon is in the correct position, you really wont feel it so its not uncomfortable

Start with a regular or light tampon, and use a pad too if you're worried about leaks! I was scared at first too, but once I started using them I realized there really wasn't ever anything to be afraid of.

ALWAYS stick your leg up on the toilet or side of the bath, use the applicator and tilt it to the top (I think) ☺️ the instructions are straight forward

I don’t put my leg up on anything, I just kind of squat and put it in that way. I find the ones with the plastic applicators the easiest. Nothing to worry about, just takes a little practice to get comfortable with it. 😊

Just follow the directions and you’ll be okay :) ALSO BE SURE NOT TO USE ONE THATS TO BIG. Start with a regular size. I made that mistake my first time. Good luck!
