HELP IMPLANON USERS

I have been having sex continuesly and my husband has not been pulling out...I was supposed to start my period last Saturday and I haven't yet..

I have implanon but it's been three years and I have my periods regularly I was supposed to get it taken out on August but couldn't get me in till October. I've taken ovulation test when my app says I'm ovulationg but they come back negative. I have also been really tired lately. Ok maybe I'm freaking out. But could I be pregnant
