9 month old prefers solids over breastmilk!! Help

My almost 9 month old will deny a breastmilk feed but will eat his solids. I don’t know what I should do.

He’s still eating milk. It’s just he prefers the solids? Like for example, around 12:30-1 I give him lunch. So a little bit before I offer the boob, he doesn’t want it. So then I go ahead with solids and he eats all of it and then we go upstairs get ready for a nap and he will take the boob.

Is this okay? Should I just not give him solids if he won’t take the boob? I’m worried he will be hungry if I do that. Also I keep hearing baby should have 3 meals at this age. But then I read “food before one is just for fun!”
