Solids - what do you do?

Question

My son loves food. But I have no idea what to feed him. Let me know what you all do for breakfast lunch and dinner so I can get ideas. 
Problem is he has a sensitive stomach to dairy and am allergy to peanuts lol so I freak out at everything we feed him but he’s so over bottles.
Edit : thank you guys! I really appreciate it, been so worried about what to feed him and all that Jazz. Feel better knowing everyone seems to feed their Lo almost anything and way more often then I do! We actually fed my son more stuff yesterday and he was one happy baby 😊

Like others have said, we are doing baby led weaning. I fed my first son purées, so this was new to me. I researched BLW Facebook groups for ideas.
My girl loves fruit (strawberries, blueberries, peaches, etc.)
Veggies like corn or peas 
Cheese, deli meat, pasta, cut up meatballs, rice, pretty much anything we are having for dinner.
Check out the BLW fb groups or Pinterest for examples of safe ways to slice up the food. That helped me a lot!

We do baby led weaning too, and theres an Instagram account called feedinglittles that has been super informative about it. There are a few Facebook groups about BLW too. Definitely good to read because they talk about what are and aren’t choking hazards and serving suggestions. 
We end up doing a lot of omelettes (cut into strips), roasted or steamed veggies, sautéed apple wedges, bananas, avocado, and then toast strips with nut butter or hummus. Ooh beans and steamed peas have also been a huge hit now that her pincer grasp is well-developed.

Breakfast foods:
-pancakes+fruit
-oatmeal
-scrambled eggs
-toast (you can use sunbutter or something aside from peanut butter because of your allergies)
Lunch foods:
-cut up fruits (watermelon, grapes cut small or peeled, pitted cherries, peaches etc)
-bits of cheese (they sell lactose free cheese at a lot of stores!) and crackers
-veggies steamed (asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots etc)
-deli meat in small pieces 
Dinner foods:
-literally anything we are having but with less salt she had crab boil last night 😂.. pasta is a favorite of my daughters but we do a lot of rice and veggies, she isnt a huge fan of meat but I think it's because a lot of meats are tougher to chew. Big fan of ground beef, tomatoes, seasoned avocado, anything Mexican.
Snacks:
-cheerios 
-rice puffs
-frozen berries and peas (shes obsessed)
-banana slices

Literally eats every thing we do he hates baby food so we turn his baby food into a smoothie to drink as a snack usually for his daily fruits and veggies otherwise he is eating every kind of food we went to Golden Corral last night and he ate chicken meatloaf pot roast fries mashed potatoes baked carrots banana pudding cheesecake roasted potatoes Mac n cheese and pizza lol he is only maybe 18/19lbs and 10.5months old and eats more than I do and I’m 19wks pregnant

We do baby led weaning have since he started eating solids ( we did purées for maybe 3 weeks before I found out about baby led ) but he eats anything and everything we eat. Besides the obvious no nos . 
Usually we do omlets with cheese and either ham or turkey for breakfast / scrambled eggs , yogurts etc . Lunch is usually whatever I have . He loves peanut butter toast, and dinner is the same exactly what we have

Mac and cheese, noodles, rice, lunch meat, puffs, lil’ crunchies, mashed potatoes, pancakes, strawberries, blueberries, fries, cheese balls, corn, he LOVES pickles, and he still eats baby food too, he only has 2 teeth so I try to stick with softer foods in addition to baby food and formula. He has a bottle usually around 3am, 11am, 4ish in the afternoon, and then again before bed around 8pm. He has a “real” breakfast and dinner but usually snacks between bottles and at lunch time.

We do Baby led weaning so our daughter eats everything we eat.
For breakfast yesterday she had pancakes, eggs and smoked sausage. We did cereal today because she wanted big sisters cereal. 
For lunch today she chicken nuggets and fries. Yesterday she has chicken salad and toast.
For dinner last night she had green beans, mashed potatoes and cubed steak. Amd tonight I'm making chicken tacos. 
She loves string cheese and meat sticks (slim jims) as a snack. Also any fruit.
