My doctor and nurses at the office NEVER HURT. but I went to the hospital last Thursday and the nurse checked me, literally worst pain ever idk if she was trying to reach my intestines or what but it was excruciating and I bled after.

Not my doctor but a nurse practitioner at l&d said I might have spotting... I had a huge gush of  blood come out. This was 6 weeks ago though. I think it depends how rough they are or how relaxed we are when they check us.

Spotting and cramping after is totally normal. I did got about 36 hours after my check last week.
