I had a old 2002 Chevy cavalier that I had not used in a few years. When I stopped using it there really wasn’t anything wrong with it. I had a new car and my boyfriend just used every now and then to go to the store. Well after that it just sat there for a year or so. Well my friend really wanted it. So I gave it to her and I said I didn’t know if there was anything wrong with it because we hadn’t been using it. Well she paid $150 to have it towed to her house. Now she says will copy and paste. Radiator, gas tank seems rusted , new dash, new seats because they seem to have possible black mold, new speedometer area. All of that needs to be fixed. Which some of that she could see when she got the car from my house and she still wanted it. Now she says I need to pay the $150 to have it towed back to my house because she doesn’t want it and it will cost to much to fix. Who is responsible for paying for the car I gave her for free to be removed from her yard.
