Back pain at 30 weeks ideas?

I'm having some extreme but dull back pain. It starts at the kidneys and goes up to my shoulder blades. It's getting painful to breath. I went to my PCP because I thought kidney infection. She said there was no trace of bacteria or blood in my urine. She offered a Flexeril muscle relaxer which I declined. She had me call my OB and I'm waiting for her to call back. I don't think I pulled anything and nothing is going numb. Any ideas?

The baby could be posterior and resting on your spine, putting pressure on it. I am having a lot of constant, dull back pressure (low back only) and that is what my midwife think it is. She said to call if it rhythmically varies in intensity.  I am supposed to do a lot of leaning forward (on a ball, counter tops, cat/cow) to help rotate the lil guy.

I would go to a Webster certified chiropractor! I can’t imagine pregnancy without one, they help soo much
