I had a miscarriage unfortunately at the end of Jan. A few months ago things started to go back to normal.

I got my period on May 19th- May 22nd.

On June 1st I got sudden cramps in my lower stomach and deep lower back. I went to the bathroom and noticed I was spotting...

The next day still spotting but pink. No cramps after the initial first hour of cramps and the spotting is going away ..

I've never had an ovulation spot before and I'm in my 30's with two children. I did have bleeding for the first 15 weeks of my first pregnancy. I don't normally have abnormal periods. Any thoughts?
