Has anyone experienced dysgeusia?

If yes, please help this momma out on how to get rid of this nasty metallic taste in my mouth. Everything tastes soooo gross!!!

Frequent mouth and tongue brushing. Especially after eating anything bc aftertaste is nasty. But still it sucks 😂😂

Eating something sweet like fruit candy or mints.

Yes!  It’s especially worse after sweets for me, so I’ve started avoiding them (which probably isn’t a bad thing).  I haven’t otherwise figured out how to get rid of it :(

YES for a couple of weeks at least. Mine was more of a bitter taste than metallic, but it made everything taste bitter. Even sweets.
