Period cramps but no period?
Im currently late on my period by a couple days. Last night i had cramps that felt like i was about to start my period or had already started. I kept getting up to see if I had but nothing. The cramps lasted until this morning and now they're gone. Anyone have any idea what is happening? I took a hpt few days ago and all i get are faint lines or negatives.
