How early can you be diagnosed?

Is there anyone out there that has been diagnosed with preeclampsia as early as 22 weeks? 
I have just been sent for blood tests due to BP over 140 and protein in my urine.

I was diagnosed right about 24 weeks with my 1st. I ended up having her at 32 weeks due to my preeclampsia.

I know this is a few days old, but the earliest preeclampsia can be diagnosed is 20 weeks and those cases are extremely rare. How did your results come back?  Have you been officially diagnosed with pre-e or gestational hypertension?
